Our Move-In date for the 2016/2017 term is August 22, 2016. Please note: Any missing paperwork or unfulfilled financial obligations may delay the Move-In process on the scheduled Move-In date. Also please make sure you bring your proof of renters insurance if not already submitted.

Yes, you can list the roommates you have chosen on your application when completing your lease. It is important that all roommates list each other and that all requests are mutual.

Yes we are! However, we do have weight and breed restrictions. Any animal that lives here must be less than 30lbs and at least 1 old. We will also require a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee and a $20 per month pet rent for the resident that registers the animal. We do limit the number of animals in the apartment to two pets per apartment.

Our utilities are billed back equally to each resident based on the utility bill received from the City of Tallahassee. The utilities and overages will be mailed directly to the resident at their apartment address. Parents and/or Guarantors will receive a copy by email.

Yes, you will be given a resident profile form when completing your lease contract that will inquire as to your study habits, social habits, and hobbies to help us match you with residents that have similar preferences in your floor plan. The more honest and informative you are the better.

You can list your preferences on your profile form and housing application and we will do our best to place you in the unit that fits those requests. All requests are served on a first-come, first-served basis and are taken in order based on the date your application was received. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR STAFF WILL NEVER MAKE ANY APARTMENT, ROOM OR BUILDING GUARANTEES

In the living room we provide a flat screen TV, a couch and love seat/ sofa chair, a dining room table and 4 chairs, a coffee table, entertainment center, and end table. In the bedroom we provide a full size bed, dresser, nightstand and desk and chair.

When you move in and receive a package for the first time you will create a unique pin that you will use for any future packages. We accept Fedex, DHL, UPS and USPS packages for our residents. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience. You should receive an email/ text message once a package has been logged in our system to let you know it has arrived.

Yes! We accept mastercard, visa and e-checks. Paying with an e-check is free to all of our residents. You can pay by clicking on the resident tab from the home page.
